Volunteer Information
Volunteers are the backbone of all therapeutic and hippotherapy riding programs. Duties include leading horses in class, sidewalking participants and assisting in the barn. If working directly with horses is not your thing, you can help with the many unmounted tasks needed to keep Walk On running smoothly.
Walk On is located in Barrington Illinois, at the corner of Cuba and Hart Roads. The program will take place at a new specially designed facility. Individualized programs for each student will be designed by Mary Illing, a NARHA Master Level Instructor and Occupational Therapist and other qualified instructors.
